What are the sizes of the shoes?

Our sizes are exact,if you have doubts about what size you wear we recommend going to a specialized store to be measured with a meter, they will tell you what European size you wear and the centimeters. On the other hand, we don’t have average numbers so we recommend always round up, for example, if you use a 40.5 you would have to order a 41. As you know there are different carvings for each brand so we leave you a few TABLES WITH THE EQUIVALENCES for each mark in centimeters.

Can I return my product?

No, products cannot be returned to origin as the cost in taxes and tariffs would incur a larger amount than paid.

What if I get the wrong size?

In the event that you get a size that you have not ordered we will proceed to the return of the item, to do so send us an email to icecrewstore@gmail.com

What if it comes with a factory defect?

Our products are of very good quality and graphic proof is sent before shipment from the factory so that they never arrive with defects, however if you arrive with any defect write us an email to icecrewstore@gmail.com with the graphic proof of the defect so that we can process the return and it will be replaced immediately.
