SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of payment of the order and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment and the time of receipt for standard shipping is between 10-20 working days, you will have an online tracking number from the moment you are sent that will be active from 72 business hours and for express shipping the reception time is between 4-6 working days since they are sent, you will have the online tracking number 72 hours after shipment. These deadlines may vary for reasons other than us such as bridges, holidays, weather conditions or the speed of customs processing. Please note that in areas where DHL does not operate your order will be shipped as standard. Please note that your order can arrive without a box due to customs problems. Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free, which means you may have to pay the fees and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, tariffs and related customs duties may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility although from Ice Crew Store we undertake to refund the payment of these charges, all of this will be processed in a personalized manner, for this you must send an email to icecrewtore@gmail.com.
