How long does it take for shipments?
Orders are shipped within 24-72 business hours of your payment and the receipt time for standard shipping is between 10-20 working days, you will have online tracking number from the moment you are shipped that will be active from 72 hours and for express shipping the reception time is between 4-6 working days from when they are sent, you will have the online tracking number 72 hours after shipment. These deadlines may vary for reasons other than us such as bridges, holidays, weather conditions or the speed of customs processing. Please note that in areas where DHL does not operate your order will be shipped as standard. Please note that your order can arrive without a box due to customs problems.

What are the sizes of the shoes?
Our sizes are exact,if you have doubts about what size you wear we recommend going to a specialized store to be measured with a meter, they will tell you what European size you wear and the centimeters. On the other hand, we don’t have average numbers so we recommend always round up, for example, if you use a 40.5 you would have to order a 41. As you know there are different carvings for each brand so we leave you some tables with the equivalences for each mark in centimeters at the end of this page.
Can I return my product?
No, products cannot be returned to origin as the cost in taxes and tariffs would incur a larger amount than paid.
What if I get the wrong size?
In the event that you get a size that you have not ordered we will proceed to the return of the item, to do so send us an email to icecrewstore@gmail.com
What if it comes with a factory defect?
Our products are of very good quality and graphic proof is sent before shipment from the factory so that they never arrive with defects, however if you arrive with any defect write us an email to icecrewstore@gmail.com with the graphic proof of the defect so that we can process the return and it will be replaced immediately.
